Astrocard

Astrocard is an adventure-sandbox game where you can explore, design and build your own world. Travelling in space, build your own empire, house, kingdom or city. Fight pirates, clans and outlaws on a never-ending battle for supremacy, or join the renegades and fight for your own cause - riches, power, and glory.
Astrocard (working title) is a PC (Windows, Mac) game that is currently in development. It is a sandbox game where you can explore and design your own world. You can build with your friends, or by yourself.
You can own your own planet -- design and craft it to your liking. Each planet is part of a solar system, and each solar system is part of a galaxy. You can travel between planets, and between galaxies (Additional information on this is covered in the 'Planets' and 'Galaxy' sections).
Within Astrocard, any asset of value is represented by a Web3 object. Typically, this will be an ERC-1155 token.
For instance, all planets within Astrocard are represented by ERC-1155 tokens. This means that you can own a planet, and you can trade it with other players. (Additional information in the 'Deeds' section).
Yes, Astrocard will be entirely free to play. Astrocard's operational funding will be provided by the sale of new planets and ships, and from a secondary market share of planet and ship sales. Additionally, third parties and partners have significantly helped fund the development of Astrocard. SecuroMint, for instance, has provided access to their launchpad and token sale platform free of charge. Mothz, a popular Web3 project, have provided us with valuable feedback and support, and have also provided us with funding and sponsorship for the procurement of development hardware.
Astrocard will be available on Windows and Mac. We are currently investigating the possibility of porting Astrocard to Linux, but this is not currently planned.
We are also investigating the possibility of porting Astrocard to mobile devices and consoles, though this is far down the road.
