A deed is a Web3 token which represents ownership of a planet. A deed is an ERC-721 or ERC-1155 token, depending on the galaxy the planet is in.
A deed is a non-fungible token, meaning that each deed is unique. This means that each deed has its own unique ID, and that the deed cannot be split into multiple tokens.
Your ownership of a planet is represented by a deed. You can trade your deed with other players, and you can also sell your deed via the secondary market (OpenSea, Rarible, etc).
You will be able to mint your own deeds via the Astrocard website, whenever a new planet or deed is available.
To ensure fair play, we will be employing server-side checks to prevent bots and other automated systems from minting deeds.
The MLG galaxy has already been fully minted via token 0x892cc48335db97e7d4b3b6929086459b9a06931c. It is the only galaxy that will be initially available in-game.
